Responsibilities
- Architect AGI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for next-generation Artificial General Intelligence models.
- Neuromorphic Engineering: Oversee the integration of silicon-brain interfaces to optimize energy efficiency and processing speed.
- Quantum-Neural Hybridization: Lead research into hybrid quantum computing algorithms tailored for deep learning tasks.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and 2026 product milestones in collaboration with the CTO and executive leadership.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior machine learning engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Risk Management: Implement robust safety protocols and ethical guidelines for AI deployment in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of Transformer models and reinforcement learning.
- Futuristic Tech: Demonstrated experience or research interest in quantum computing (Qiskit, Cirq) or neuromorphic hardware.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (or equivalent) is a plus.
