Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on advanced AI integration and sustainable tech stacks.
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale Machine Learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all AI-driven projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
