Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines tailored for high-volume enterprise applications.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and code review processes to ensure system stability and security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the monitoring and optimization of AI models to ensure real-time efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role specializing in AI and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex, distributed systems that handle massive scale and concurrency.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
