Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core enterprise systems.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for AI deployment.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization for future-proof scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive technical vision in a fast-paced environment.
