Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the technical architecture for our proprietary 2026 AI core, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning systems.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale deployments.
- Tech Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and best practices for the AI engineering department.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning concepts.
- System Design: Strong background in system design patterns, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and database management.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
