Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability and low-latency processing.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists to drive innovation in model deployment.
- Design scalable data pipelines that handle petabyte-scale datasets with real-time processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, compliance, and ethical use of AI models across all platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews to maintain code quality and architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing systems for high-scale machine learning workloads (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
