Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, distributed machine learning architectures for the 2026 Initiative platform.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for AI engineering.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale neural networks to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, researching novel algorithms to integrate into our core products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud resources and ensure robust security protocols for sensitive predictive data.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering projects on time.
