Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure, specifically tailored for the 2026 Initiative timeline.
- Lead the architectural strategy for transitioning legacy systems to next-generation quantum-resistant algorithms.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and safety in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture assessments to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, and Operations) to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Predict emerging technological trends and propose innovative solutions to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong interest in post-quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
