Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI agents capable of autonomous problem-solving and workflow automation.
- Lead the R&D strategy for Generative Media pipelines and multimodal large language models.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-volume environments using cutting-edge hardware acceleration.
- Establish rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready, robust software.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards for the next-generation software stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and large-scale distributed system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agent orchestration.
- Strong background in neural network optimization and deploying models at scale.
