Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Optimization: Lead the development and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems, focusing on latency reduction and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies such as quantum-ready algorithms.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep Learning: Strong background in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and NLP.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification is a plus.
