- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Proven ability to publish in top-tier AI conferences or contribute to open-source projects.
