Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Research Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal systems, setting technical milestones for the next two years.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and optimize deep neural network architectures capable of processing exabyte-scale data with zero-latency inference.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a team of top-tier PhD researchers and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex research findings into scalable, production-ready software solutions.
- Publish and Patent: Author papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) and secure patents for proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and extensive knowledge of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present research findings to executive leadership.
