Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the strategic planning for AI capabilities, specifically focusing on integration milestones leading up to the 2026 product launch cycle.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to incorporate into our 2026 roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear, actionable strategies for investors and product managers.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference engines and model training pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic advisory role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and deployment.
