Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy for AI integration across all product lines, focusing on long-term scalability.
- Lead Research & Innovation: Oversee high-level research projects in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision, ensuring we leverage the latest breakthroughs.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with C-level executives and product leads to align AI capabilities with business goals and market trends.
- Talent Development: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring bias mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Strategic Leadership: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 4 years in a strategic leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern architectural patterns.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and drive innovation in a competitive landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
