Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for AI system architecture, identifying emerging trends and technologies to integrate into our core product suite.
- Architectural Oversight: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of concurrent data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by collaborating with top-tier researchers and engineers to push the boundaries of deep learning and natural language processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineering leads and foster a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Agile Mindset: Experience leading teams in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
