Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for AI systems, ensuring scalability and innovation aligned with the 2026 release cycle.
- Advanced Research Oversight: Oversee research initiatives in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing, pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Architecture & Scalability: Design robust, secure, and efficient AI architectures capable of handling massive datasets and real-time processing demands.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging AI trends to ensure Horizon AI Solutions remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks. Experience with LLMs and RAG architectures is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years) and define technical roadmaps that anticipate market shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven history of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.
