Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic AI Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Quantum Computing into core products.
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance policies to ensure responsible innovation.
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on predictive modeling and autonomous systems.
- Present technical vision and progress to C-level executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
