Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for Nexus 2026's AI research initiatives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and efficient machine learning systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers, engineers, and ethicists to ensure project milestones are met.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Agentic AI and Neural Interface technologies.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, fairness, and transparency in all development cycles.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to drive adoption of 2026-era technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
