Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Project 2026, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Architecture Leadership: Design scalable, secure, and efficient AI architectures that can handle exponential data growth.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- R&D Oversight: Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Quantum AI, Edge Computing) and determine their applicability to Project 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and external partners.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical strategy for large-scale projects.
