Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the Year 2026 strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key milestones and technological prerequisites.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the architecture of next-gen AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance in autonomous environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex AI strategies to executive stakeholders and translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our product lifecycle to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering and strategy departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning engineering, or technical project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies that align with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
