Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy, integrating LLMs with decentralized finance and governance systems.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies, specifically focusing on autonomous AI agents and quantum-resistant cryptography.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure technical feasibility and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving space.
- Strategic Planning: Analyze market data to forecast industry shifts, positioning Nexus Horizon as a market leader in the 2026 landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex architectural concepts to investors and C-suite executives, translating technical jargon into business value.
- Process Optimization: Overhaul our development workflows to leverage AI-driven CI/CD pipelines and smart contract automation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product strategy, technical leadership, or engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI or Web3.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and smart contract development (Solidity/Vyper).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and manage large-scale project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
