Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical vision for our core AI infrastructure, anticipating future market shifts and technological advancements.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of distributed neural networks capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Pioneer Quantum-Ready Algorithms: Develop software architectures that are pre-optimized for future quantum computing integration.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement cutting-edge security protocols to protect proprietary synthetic intelligence models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate high-level concepts into executable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (10+ years) leading complex technical roadmaps with a specific focus on the future of AI and machine learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/JAX frameworks with a focus on large language models.
- Quantum Computing Knowledge: Experience with quantum algorithms or qubit simulation software is a major plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and drive project delivery in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and design elegant solutions for complex challenges.
