Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the '2026' ecosystem, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive project delivery.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish coding standards, review code reviews, and ensure best practices for security and performance.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
