Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant system architectures tailored for the 2026 computing era, focusing on high-throughput data processing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in developing next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into production workflows.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native microservices ensuring zero downtime and maximum security.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Optimize neural network performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Apache Spark.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
