Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive architectural vision for the next three years, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- System Design: Lead the design of high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling enterprise-scale growth.
- Cloud Migration Strategy: Oversee the strategic migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native environments, ensuring zero downtime.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness) to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to strict security standards and regulatory compliance (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of planning and executing long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and drive innovative solutions.
