Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a scalable, future-proof technology stack designed to support rapid growth and emerging technologies like quantum computing.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI models and machine learning pipelines into our core enterprise architecture.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards (SOC2, HIPAA) while maintaining high performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously evaluate emerging tech trends to ensure our infrastructure remains relevant for the next decade.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with proven experience designing distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in a high-scale environment.
- AI/ML Awareness: Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and modern AI architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous problems creatively.
