Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to spearhead our critical 2026 Platform Migration initiative. In this role, you will architect the foundation for our next-generation cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the decade ahead.
As a key stakeholder in our strategic roadmap, you will define technical standards, mentor engineering teams, and ensure our migration strategy aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for the 2026 platform migration.
- Design scalable microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience leading large-scale infrastructure migrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
