- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to outline the long-term technology strategy and architectural evolution required to meet 2026 market standards.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance microservices and distributed systems that support our growth trajectory and future AI integrations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Innovation Implementation: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready protocols, next-gen cloud infrastructures) and integrate viable solutions into our core stack.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security frameworks that anticipate future threats and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Technological Vision: Deep understanding of modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker) and a keen interest in 2026-era tech trends.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring diverse engineering teams.
