Key Objectives:
Design and implement the architectural roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring seamless integration of AI, Quantum Readiness, and Cloud Native technologies.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical architecture for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Lead the design of complex distributed systems and microservices architectures, leveraging cloud-native best practices.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct rigorous research and pilot programs for emerging technologies to assess viability for our 2026 stack.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish high standards for code quality and mentor senior engineering teams to maintain architectural integrity.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, along with extensive experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Proven track record designing high-availability systems and microservices architectures.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning infrastructure and MLOps pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
