Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning architectural goals with business objectives and long-term strategic vision.
- Architect scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure, ensuring readiness for future technological shifts.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning frameworks into core business processes to drive automation and efficiency.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to microservices and containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Establish best practices for code quality, security compliance (GDPR/SOC2), and DevOps methodologies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and conduct technical reviews to ensure architectural integrity across all projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Microservices Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience in designing High Availability systems and disaster recovery strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
