- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of our neural network models.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
