Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for Horizon AI Systems, focusing on scalability and AI integration for the 2026 era.
- Architect high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling massive concurrent data loads.
- Lead the research and integration of next-gen technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Quantum Computing interfaces.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for cloud security, data governance, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about technology trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
