Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance quantum-ready software systems and AI pipelines.
- Lead the technical vision for projects focusing on sustainable computing and future tech integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure code quality, security compliance, and adherence to architectural best practices.
- Conduct deep-dive technical feasibility studies for experimental technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in high-scale distributed systems or quantum computing research.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Machine Learning algorithms and neural network architecture.
- Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for the future of technology.
