Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed neural network architectures for next-generation AI models.
- Oversee the full software lifecycle of AI products, from research prototyping to production deployment.
- Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring for junior architects and engineers.
- Research emerging technologies, including LLM optimization and edge AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
