Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to work with low-level hardware interfaces.
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a focus on cutting-edge solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating high-level strategy to diverse audiences.
