Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of core systems for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at a global scale.
- Define technical roadmaps and set best practices for cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototyping of emerging technologies, specifically in Large Language Models and predictive neural networks.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a demonstrated ability to work with machine learning frameworks.
- Experience leading high-stakes projects from conception to deployment in fast-paced environments.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
