Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure distributed systems capable of handling exabytes of data.
- Lead the architectural review process for critical infrastructure and mentor senior engineers on best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery of the 2026 vision.
- Establish standards for code quality, testing, and deployment automation across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or equivalent high-performance languages.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong experience with AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
