Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on high-performance computing and neural network optimization.
- Lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers, data scientists, and researchers to drive technical innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure best practices in software engineering, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical architecture assessments to maintain high standards of quality.
- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
