Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and own the end-to-end technical roadmap leading up to and beyond the year 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures for next-gen AI and autonomous systems.
- Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Technology Forecasting: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, edge AI) and integrate them into our core platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management and business stakeholders to translate vision into technical reality.
- Process Optimization: Establish engineering best practices and governance frameworks for long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product and technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
