Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and roadmap for the Year 2026 platform.
- Design and implement highly scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures.
- Lead the architecture review process, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native environments and optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep knowledge of modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
