Responsibilities

- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into robust technical strategies and architectural blueprints.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead R&D projects exploring emerging technologies, including Generative AI and advanced neural networks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale distributed systems to ensure zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and business stakeholders, presenting technical visions effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in building distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning frameworks and the ability to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and make critical architectural decisions under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
