Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance software systems for the 2026 Strategic Initiative.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and backend engineers.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Oversee the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into legacy infrastructure.
- Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines.
- Conduct technical due diligence for acquisitions and new tech stack implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines and Generative AI model fine-tuning.
- Experience with edge computing and distributed systems architecture.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
