Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI systems and infrastructure to support business objectives through 2026.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Future Roadmapping: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Agents) to integrate into our long-term product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and MLOps optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability infrastructure design.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
