Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in prototype development and validation
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptions to identify high-impact opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors for funding alignment
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (2025+ roadmap experience preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-tech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 50 to 500+ professionals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German for global stakeholder engagement
