- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future insights into actionable product roadmaps and market entry strategies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and risk modeling capabilities
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Experience building and scaling future-focused teams and initiatives
