- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies on future-focused initiatives
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite decision-making
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on the future of technology and society
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics domains
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding for experimental initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred for global collaboration
