Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 strategic vision integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate resilience technologies
- Develop predictive market models using AI-driven scenario planning for 5-year horizon
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and emerging research labs
- Deliver quarterly trend briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $2M innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
- Author annual 'Future State' report for global stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/tech journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Deep knowledge of US federal innovation ecosystems (CHIPS Act, Inflation Reduction Act)
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling framework (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE)
