Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for global markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to inform high-stakes decisions
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team while cultivating an innovation culture
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global futurism forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology leadership with proven impact
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in quantitative and qualitative research methods with data-driven decision-making
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling innovative concepts
