Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key disruptive technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to integrate into core products.
- AI Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI and machine learning architectures that drive predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on the 'Year 2026' tech horizon, conducting feasibility studies and prototyping next-gen solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into clear, compelling narratives for investors, C-suite executives, and product teams.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging quantum computing libraries.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging tech trends before they become mainstream.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to production.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
