Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026-2030 innovation framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech
- Produce strategic whitepapers and roadmaps for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts
- Represent the company at international conferences and thought leadership forums
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
